We will be involved in mission efforts around the world through church planting. We care about the nations because it brings glory to God, good for the nations, and disciples our people. (Matthew 28:19-20, Acts 1:8)

 

CHURCH PLANTING

Village Church is all about glorifying God by making, growing, and sending disciples of Christ. God commanded us to fulfill this mission and he even gave us the method in which to do it—plant disciple making churches! We believe that disciples make churches and churches make disciples. A commitment to a multiplication of churches moves us from the mind set of adding to our own numbers and into the world of multiplying our impact. That’s why planting churches is at the heart of our strategy at Village. 

 

INTERNATIONAL MISSIONS

Because we are for the city and for the world, we want to plant and support churches locally, nationally and globally. In order to do that sustainabily, we desire to "send them on their journey in a manner worthy of God, 7 since they set out for the sake of the Name" (3 John 1:6-7 CSB). 

As of mid-2025, we are supporting one family sent from our church body that is currently in the field in Central Asia.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Northern Maine

Meet Logan and Kirstin Gailitis!

Logan Gailitis has an excitement and burden for serving coaches and athletes by sharing the gospel with them and leading them in discipleship within healthy churches. As an FCA Area Representative of York County, Maine, he loves working as a team with his wife Kirstin to point the local athletic community to Christ.
